If the student has not received First Eucharist at Sacred Heart or Christ the King Churches or Christ the Redeemer Parish, Manville, please provide a copy of the First Communion certificate if you have not previously done so.

I/We wish to enroll my/our child(ren) in the Religious Education Program of the Catholic
Community of Christ the Redeemer Parish for the school year of 2017/18. I/We
acknowledge:
1. The tuition charge is $120.00 for the 1st child, $100.00 for the 2nd, and $90.00
for the 3rd. There is an additional fee of $50 for children in 2nd and 8th Grades
who are preparing to receive First Communion and Confirmation.
2. Re-registration forms received after June 1, 2017 will be charged a late
registration fee of $20.00 and forms received after July 1, 2017, a late fee of
$30.00.
3. No re-registrations will be accepted after July 31, 2017.
4. New registration forms (including 1st Grade) received after June 1, 2017 will be
charged a late fee of $20.
5. Tuition bills will be mailed in July.
